Technology & Fabrics
The Gore-Tex Pro fabric we use has an improved ruggedness and 28% increased breathability compared to previous generations.
Combined with the reliable durability of waterproof and windproof protection, the result is better comfort in a wider range of conditions.
High performance face fabrics paired with the patented Micro Grid Backer technology for high internal abrasion resistance brings a new level of comfort and protection into the world of the most rugged Gore-Tex Pro products.
Gore-Tex two-layer products provide breathable comfort and durable waterproof and windproof protection.
Two-layer construction: The Gore-Tex membrane is bonded to a soft and high-performance face fabric and then protected from the inside by a separate lining.
All Gore-Tex DWR finishes are PFOA free.
EPS (Elevenate Performance Standard)
To help our clients choosing the good technical materials we have developed the Elevenate Performance Standard (EPS). All products bearing the EPS mark has been thoroughly tested and abused by the Elevenate Development Section and by ourselves and our Elevenate friends in the field. The garments have been put to test in every possible condition to make sure that they are up to our standard.
The EPS – three layer fabrics are waterproof, windproof and breathable. The shell fabrics are coated with DWR (durable water repellent) fabric finish that repels light rain and snow. In conjunction with a waterproof/breathable barrier, the DWR finish keeps the outer fabric from becoming saturated so that the breathable barrier can do its job. The DWR finishes are PFOA free.
- Wind proof: 100%
- Water proof: 20.000 mm
- Fully taped seams
- Breathable: 15.000 g/m2/24h

Schoeller Keprotec reinforcement fabric is highly protective. The fabric has a combination of high-tensile aramide fibres, such as Kevlar, and offers a high level of comfort. It is extremely abrasion proof and tear resistant.
Down (750 Fillpower)
Down is extremely lightweight and has outstanding insulation properties.
We only use white goose down of the highest quality, plucked from non-live birds in Asia.
Clo Insulation (www.cloinsulation.com)
Clo® Eco Vivo
A micro-fibre composition with great performance due to its design. The insulation is penetrated by a series of small apertures that enhance breathability without decreasing the thermal insulated performance of the insulation. These holes through the insulation trap air to create a fantastic warmth consistence when in low activity, but also allow for the air and water vapour to flow through very quickly when the body temperature increases through high activity making this the most breathable insulation on the market today.
The insulation is put through a calendared process to minimise the risk of migration so you can utilise and get the most out of your performance inner and outer fabrics too. The small apertures are spread across the whole insulation giving it a 4-way stretch so maximum comfort when in action is guaranteed.
Clo Eco Vivo is made from 90 % recycled fibres.
Fellex Thermal Pearl Insulation
Synthetic fiber insulation, developed as an alternative to down. The fibers in the Thermal Pearl insulation has a ball construction which has the advantage of the loose fiber constructions’ high-loft properties and it also decreases the risk of fiber migration. This gives a high lofted and very warm down-like insulation, that is water repellent and quick drying. The Thermal Pearl insulation is Bluesign certified.
Thermore Freedom offers superior stretch capability, recovers to its original shape and has a patented anti-fiber migration control.
Thermore Ecodown offers the advantages of a synthetic insulation with the soft touch properties of down. It has an extra soft hand.
A warm and durable insulation with freedom of movement and less bulk than down products.
Ecodown features Thermore’s exclusive fiber migration treatment and is manufactured with full respect to animals and the environment.
Ecodown is made from 100 % recycled fibres from PET bottles.
Theremore Freedom and Ecodown are Bluesign certified.
Primaloft Gold Aerogel is designed to provide comfort in extreme weather conditions as it protects against freezing cold temperatures, as well as heat. This is made possible through millions of small air chambers that form a thermal blockade that locks out the discomfort of punishing temperatures. The durable Primaloft Gold Aerogel is also very flexible, waterproof and extremely lightweight. Aerogels consist of 95% air, making them the lightest known solids and one of the most effective insulation materials. NASA extensively uses Aerogel as the primary thermal insulation in space suits and to protect electronics from damage in extreme conditions.
Technowool is a line of wool fabrics that perform technically.
The fabrics combine the positive properties of synthetic fibres on the inside with the natural look and advantages of wool on the outside. Technowool is made from 100% recycled wool (reclaimed wool) and is not treated with chlorine.
Technostretch Perpetual is made of recycled PET bottles. Pontetorto has developed a unique tecnnology to convert plastic bottles into high quality filament yarns. Products in Technostretch are ideal, performing mid layers. IThey have a durable outer surface and a warm, insulating inner surface. They are fast drying and the stretch makes the fit body hugging.
Technopile fabrics provide the best possible thermal insulation for the fabric weight. The fabrics are plush and soft and seal in as much air as possible.
The Pontetorto fabrics are both Bluesign certified and Oekotex 100 certified.
Merino fibres are extremely fine, enabling them to bend far more than traditional, coarser wool fibres. This makes Merino wool feel soft and luxuriously gentle next to your skin.
Natural elasticity helps Merino wool garments stretch with you, yet return to their original shape.
Merino fibres can absorb large quantities of moisture vapour then move it away to evaporate into the air.
Merino is an active fibre that reacts to changes in body temperature. It helps you stay warm when the weather is cold, and cool when the weather is hot. It is natural and biodegradable.
