Repair your broken gear!
Sustainability is one of our core values. One element of this is designing garments that last as long as possible. To extend the life of our garments, we are more than happy to repair them, so that you can enjoy using them for years to come.
What does the warranty cover?
If the damage was caused by a manufacturing error, we will cover the cost of repairs for up to three years after the purchase date. This can be a broken zipper, an open seem, or a loose strap.
We strive to repair the items with original parts and fabrics. If not, we’ll put effort in finding a great match for your item.

If you bought an item on our webshop
Please use the form below. Normal response time is within 24h.
If you bought an item at one of our retailers
If you bought the garment in a store, please contact that store for help with the repair or claim.
Gore-Tex Claims
If you have a Gore-Tex garment that does not completely protect you against the elements and you wish to make a claim, you must do this directly to Gore-Tex HERE.
Repair outside of warranty
If you have an older Elevenate garment, or the warrenty does not apply (for example if you hit a tree) we are happy to assist you with a repair. We use only Gore-Tex-certified seamstresses with vast experience in outdoor gear.
Overall repair prices are stated below, but this can vary for different products and damages:
- Main zipper change - €150
- Puller change - €25
- Small hole - €50
- Big hole - €100
Minor tears can easily be fixed at home. We sell Gore-Tex patches with double-sided textile tape: https://elevenate.com/gore-tex-repair-kit
Repair times
We work hard to repair garments as fast as possible. During the warmer months of the year, we have a turnaround time of 10-15 working days. During the winter and high season average repair time is15-25 days. If the repair is not urgent, it is easier to wait until the summer.
