Claims & Repairs
Do you have a claim or do you need something repaired?
Our products are made with the greatest quality and devotion. If you wish to make a claim about a garment, please take it to the store where you purchased the product; they will help with your claim.
Items are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within 12 month of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. Faulty items will be exchanged to the same type of product in the same size, subject to availability. If the product is not in stock you will get your money back.

Contact us at email@example.com or call us on +46 (0)647 500 06. If your products was faulty at delivery, please contact us as soon as you can, no later than 60 days. Should you receive a delivery containing damaged or the wrong products, we will do everything we can to rectify our mistake. Do not send any items to us without receiving our prior assessment and approval.
