Choose between the following payment methods:
Invoice, via Klarna

Invoice (Klarna):
If you chose to pay with invoice an invoice will be sent to the email you give us when placing your order. Note that you need to be registered on the delivery address to be able to order on invoice. Payment needs to be paid within 14 days from the date of the invoice. If your payment is delayed you will get a written reminder and extra fee to pay all according to law. Read more here.

Manage your invoices by logging on to Klarna or the app on your phone.

We offer our customers to securely and conveniently send and receive payments online using PayPal. When you use PayPal, your financial information is kept private and every PayPal payment is followed by an email confirming your transaction. You can choose to pay with VISA, MasterCard, American Express or your already registered PayPal account.

Payments from Sweden are made in Swedish krona (SEK) and all other countries in Euro (EUR).

Prices & VAT

All prices for products, delivery charges and other services include value added tax (VAT). We will inform you of the total price, including all taxes, VAT and other costs, such as fees and possible delivery costs, before you place your order.

Elevenate Account

An Elevenate account offers benefits like faster and easier shopping, seeing your order status and much more.

When you register your details online, you must ensure that this information is accurate and up-to-date. You are also responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your personal information via your Elevenate account and for keeping your password secret.

Order Management

When you place an order via elevenate.com, the following data may be collected: name, billing address, delivery address, city, postal code, country, email address, phone number, and the order and payment information. This data is necessary to fulfil our contract with our customers, and is used for processing orders, supplying the ordered products, billing and any returns, claims and refunds. We may share personal data with third party providers, such as shipping and payment services, in order to complete orders and shipments. Data will be stored for two years or until the customer requests Elevenate to do so. Exceptions may occur if Elevenate is legally required to store personal data related to sales for a longer period, to comply with applicable accounting legislation.

Communication through our newsletter

When you subscribe to the Elevenate newsletter, the following data may be collected: name, email address and ordering activities linked to the newsletter. This data is used for marketing purposes, to send offers and information in newsletters via email. Newsletters are only sent if you have provided consent for this. They include information about how to update subscription preferences and how to unsubscribe. Data is stored for a maximum of one year after you unsubscribe or until Elevenate is requested to delete it.

Management of customer service requests

When you email Elevenate’s customer service about returns, claims, etc., we may collect the information you provide, as well as order information. This is so we can offer you the best and fastest service, as well as fulfil obligations associated with potential claims and returns. We also use this information to improve our products and services. It is stored for a maximum of three years or until you ask Elevenate to delete it.

Optimize user experience and digital marketing

When you visit elevenate.com, we may collect the following data: technical information, e.g. what browser or device is used to access Elevenate.com, information about your visit, such as which website or service you clicked through to reach elevenate.com, duration of visits to pages etc., and your location, through cookies, pixel tags and Google services (APIs).
