Returns & Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from elevenate.com, you can return your garments within 14 days of the day you received the package. Returned items must be in as new condition, that is, not worn or washed, hangtag must be in place and the garments to be returned in their original packaging, otherwise the refund will not be accepted. The return waybill is sent in a separate email at the time of delivery confirmation. If you have not received the waybill or have other questions, please contact our customer service via email@example.com or call +46 (0)647 500 06.
Returns are free of charge if you were logged in to your Elevenate account when you placed the order, otherwise we charge SEK 50/EUR 5 for your return which will be deducted from your refund.
If you want to exchange a product, please return the first order and make a new order for the product you want instead. Please note that it is not possible to make a straight exchange of items.
- Put the product back in the undamaged original packaging.
- Fill out the return form below with the reason for your return and put it in the package.
- Use the enclosed return waybill and give the package to the forwarder stated on the return waybill, i.e. the forwarder that delivered the package to you.
- When we receive your package, please allow up to 10 working days to process your return.
