FAQ

Whats the delivery time?
If you order before noon at 12 (UTC+1), we will send your order the same day (work day). Our delivery time is normally between 1-3 work days for deliveries in Sweden and 3-7 within Europe.

I have ordered the wrong size/color/product. How do I change my order?
If you need to change size/color/product, we can cancel the order if it hasn't left the warehouse. If the order has left the warehouse, place a new order with the correct product and return the wrong item. Please note that we charge a 50 SEK/5 EUR fee for processing a return.

Do you have free shipping?
Yes we offer free standard shipping on all orders.

How do I return an order?
Use the return waybill sent in a separate email at the time of delivery confirmation. If you have not received the waybill or have other questions, please contact our customer service.

I left the wrong address. What do I do?
We can change the address if the order hasn't left the warehouse already. If we need to change it later, PostNord/DHL will charge a fee of 300 SEK/30 EUR. Therefore, always double check your details.

My order has been shipped. How do I know when I will receive it?
When your order has been delivered, you will receive a text message (Sweden) or e-mail (Europe) where you can pick it up. You can track your order at PostNord's/DHL's website. Enter the tracking number you received in the email from us.

My garment is broken/torn. What do I do?
Send us an email with a photograph to order@elevenate.com. We will get back to you with further instructions.

I double ordered! What do I do?
Call or email us with your inquiry. We can cancel the order if it hasn't left the warehouse already.
