Whats the delivery time?
If you order before noon at 12 (UTC+2), we will send your order the same day (work day). Our delivery time is normally between 1-3 work days for Sweden and 3-7 within Europe and the US.
I have ordered the wrong size/color/product. How do I change my order?
If you need to change size/color/product, we can cancel the order if it hasn't left the warehouse. If
your order was already shipped you have the option of returning the incorrect item(s) or the entire order against a fee of 50 SEK/5 EUR/ 5 USD. More instructions here: Returns & Exchanges
Do you have free shipping?
Yes we offer free standard shipping on all orders over 500SEK/50€/50$.

I entered the wrong delivery address. What do I do?
We can change the address if the order hasn't left the warehouse already, so get in contact with us immediately if you notice anything incorrect with the delivery address.
My order has been shipped. How do I know when I will receive it?
When your order is shipped you receive an e-mail with shipment id to track your order at PostNord, DHL or UPS. When your order is delivered to it's final destination you receive an e-mail indicating it's arrival, or an SMS if you're in Sweden.
My garment is broken/torn. What do I do?
Send us an email with a photograph to email@example.com. We will get back to you with further instructions.
I double ordered! What do I do?
Call or email us with your inquiry. We can cancel the order if it hasn't left the warehouse already.
