What's the delivery time?
If you order before noon at 12 (UTC+1), we will send your order the same day (work day). Our delivery time is normally between 1-3 work days for deliveries in Sweden and 3-7 within Europe and the US.
I have ordered the wrong size/color/product. How do I change my order?
If you need to change size/color/product, we can cancel the order if it hasn't left the warehouse. If the order has left the warehouse, place a new order with the correct product and return the wrong item.
How do I return an order?
I left the wrong address. What do I do?
We can change the address if the order hasn't left the warehouse already. If we need to change it later, PostNord/UPS will charge a fee of 300 SEK/30 EUR/ 30 USD. Therefore, always double check your details.
My order has been shipped. How do I know when I will receive it?
Sweden: When your order has been delivered to a service center / store you will receive a text message. You can track the order at PostNord's site. Just enter the tracking no. you recieved in the e-mail from us.
My garment is broken/torn. What do I do?
I accidentally placed duplicate orders. What do I do?
Call or email us with your inquiry. We can cancel the order if it hasn't left the warehouse already.
