RETURN & EXCHANGE

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Elevenate.com, you can return your product to us within 14 days. You will need to handle and pay for the return shipment yourself. Items received within 14 working days of delivery will be accepted and the purchase price reimbursed or product exchanged, provided that the product has not been washed or worn and that the original tags remain in place. Exchanges can only be done to a different size or colour of the same product.

1. Put the product back in the undamaged original packaging or other similar package. Include a note saying your name, the order number and whether you want to exchange or return the product. We would also like to know the reason for your potential return.

3. When we have received your package you will be reimbursed or a new product will be sent to you. We will notify you with an email when this is done.

COMPLAINTS & REPAIRS

If you have a complaint or a request of repair, please contact the store where you purchased the product from. They will guide you on how to handle your claim.

If you bought the product here at Elevenate.com we ask you to send an email to order@elevenate.com where you describe and include a photo of the issue. Thereafter we will come back to you with further instructions. Do not send any items to us without prior assessment and approval from us.

The data is stored maximum one year after the customer unsubscribes or until Elevenate is requested to delete it.
