Warm as a puff jacket, stretchy and more breathable than a fleece – what's not to love about Vertical Hood? Despite its soft, furry looks, this is highly technical insulation garment designed for ski touring and other activities where you need to stay warm and dry in diverse conditions. It's made from Polartec Alpha, a technical fabric that mimics the properties of animal fur to create superior warmth for its low weight, while also being fast-drying and superbly ventilating. The zipper is half-length to reduce weight, there’s a concealed chest pocket and a hood for when you want to cover up from icy winds. Plus: it packs down really small so you can easily bring it along on your mountain missions.

Care Advice
Wash at 40°C on a normal cycle and hang to dry. Do not bleach. Do not dry clean. Do not iron. Do not use fabric softeners. You will notice some shedding of the fabric initially, so it's a good idea to use a washing bag such as Guppyfriend.
