Elevenate is a premium skiwear brand founded in Åre, Sweden, by professional skiers. We design technical apparel for committed skiers — built for real mountain conditions, shaped by Scandinavian design restraint, and trusted by a global community who organize their lives around time on snow.

We are hiring the operational backbone of our commercial team at Elevenate.

As Commercial Operation Specialist you’ll be the person who keeps customers looked after and keeps our wholesale partners ordering without friction — so the rest of the team can stay focused on building the brand and growing the business. It’s a hands-on, varied role for someone who takes quiet pride in things working properly.

What you'll do

-       Look after our customers: Be the first point of contact for both our online shoppers and our wholesale partners and sales agents. You’ll answer questions and sort out orders and deliveries, always with the care and precision our customers expect.

-       Run our wholesale operations: Own the platform our wholesale partners and agents order through Centra. You’ll process partner orders across markets, set up products, prices and seasonal launches, onboard new retail accounts, and support our sales agents across the DACH region, the USA and Sweden so they can focus on selling.

-       Through the winter season: Autumn and winter are our busiest months. During the peak, you’ll lead a small seasonal support team — bringing them up to speed and keeping service quality high through the rush.

Who you'll work with

You’ll report to our Chief Brand & Commercial Officer and work closely, day to day, with the people who lead our E-Commerce and Wholesale work. They’ll set the direction in their areas; you’ll make it happen on the ground.

What we’re looking for

•     Hands-on experience running a wholesale / B2B ordering platform — Centra ideal, or a similar e-commerce or ERP system.

•     Solid customer support experience, with the patience and precision a premium brand demand.

•     Well organized and calm under pressure — comfortable juggling support, order operations and admin, and shifting priorities as volumes rise and fall.

•     Ready to lead a small team through a busy season.

•     Fluent English is essential. German is helpful for our wholesale partners in the DACH region. French and Swedish is a plus.
