Return Instructions

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from elevenate.com, you may return your garments within 30 days from the day you received the package (14 days for sale items). Returned items must be in new condition, with original packaging and tags attached. Returns that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted.

If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item and place a new order for the item you want. Please note that direct exchanges are not possible.

Returns Process

• Visit our return portal: https://portal.droppa.com/en/elevenate

• Log in to the portal using your order number and email address.

• Register your return by providing the required details. Once submitted, you will receive a return label to print.
  For returns from the UK, Norway, and Switzerland, the return label will be sent via email within 1–2 business days.

• Pack the item(s) securely and attach the return label.

• Drop off the package at your nearest service point.

• Once we receive your return, please allow up to 10 business days for processing.

Return fee: 6 euro/6usd/60sek/150nok/15chf

Refund from PayPal

If you paid by PayPal, we will credit the return to your PayPal account, within 15 days of receiving your return.
