Return an item or find the right size.

You can return purchases from elevenate.com within 30 days of receiving your package, or 14 days for sale items.

Register your return

The return portal is for returns from the EU and Switzerland.

How to return

EU & Switzerland

1. Register your return

   Open the return portal and log in with your order number and email address. Enter the required details to receive your QR code or return label.

   For returns from Switzerland, register in the same portal. Your return label will be sent by email within 1–2 business days instead of being issued immediately.

2. Pack and send

   Pack the items securely, attach the return label and drop the package off at your nearest service point.

3. We process your return

   Once we receive your return, please allow up to 10 business days for processing.

USA

Use the return waybill included with your order. If you no longer have it, please contact order@elevenate.com and we will help you create a new return waybill.

Before you send it back

• Items must be in new condition.
• Include the original packaging and keep all tags attached.
• Returns that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted.

Need another size?

Return the original item and place a new order for the product you want. Direct exchanges are not possible.

Return fees

PayPal refunds

If you paid by PayPal, your refund will be credited to your PayPal account within 15 days of receiving your return.
