Terms & Conditions

Before using elevenate.com (our website), please read the terms and conditions carefully. By using and placing an order on our website, you agree to accept the terms and conditions described below. 

These terms and conditions, along with all our policies and procedures, are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the relevant Swedish and EU laws and regulations.

Shipping

Orders are shipped from Sweden Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number and be able to see the order status in your Elevenate account.

We offer Standard delivery for Sweden. Delivery time is for orders placed before 2 pm CET. If items sell out or change price,we will contact you to find out how you wish to proceed with your order. Please note that we cannot ship to PO boxes.

Payments

From Sweden, Finland, Austria and Germany we accept payments via Klarna and their Visa, Mastercard, invoice, instalments and Klarna account services, as well as some local online banking alternatives.

From all countries we ship to, except Sweden and Finland, we accept payments via Paypal and their Paypal account services, Visa,Mastercard, AMEX and some local credit and debit cards. 

Payments from Sweden are made in Swedish krona (SEK) and all other countries in Euro (EUR).

Prices & VAT

All prices for products, delivery charges and other services include value added tax (VAT). We will inform you of the total price, including all taxes, VAT and other costs, such as fees and possible delivery costs, before you place your order.

Returns & Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from elevenate.com, you can return your garments within 14 days of the day you received the package. Returned items must be in as new condition, that is, not worn or washed, hangtag must be in place and the garments to be returned in their original packaging, otherwise the refund will not be accepted. The return waybill is sent in a separate email at the time of delivery confirmation. If you have not received the waybill or have other questions, please contact our customer service via order@elevenate.com or call +46 (0)647 500 06. 

Returns are free of charge if you were logged in to your Elevenate account when you placed the order, otherwise we charge SEK 50/EUR 5 for your return which will be deducted from your refund.

If you want to exchange a product, please return the first order and make a new order for the product you want instead. Please note that it is not possible to make a straight exchange of items.

 Returns process

  • Put the product back in the undamaged original packaging.
  • Fill out the return form below with the reason for your return and put it in the package.
  • Use the enclosed return waybill and give the package to the forwarder stated on the return waybill, i.e. the forwarder that delivered the package to you.
  • When we receive your package, please allow up to 10 working days to process your return.
Claims & Repairs

Our products are made with the greatest quality and devotion. If you wish to make a claim about a garment, please take it to the store where you purchased the product; they will help with your claim.

If you made the purchase from elevenate.com, please send us an email and a photograph to explain the claim to info@elevenate.com. We will get back to you with further instructions. Do not send any items to us without receiving our prior assessment and approval.

An Elevenate account offers benefits like faster and easier shopping, seeing your order status, free standard delivery, free returns and more.

When you register your details online, you must ensure that this information is accurate and up-to-date. You are also responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your personal information via your Elevenate account and for keeping your password secret.
