Before using elevenate.com (our website) controlled by Elevenate AB, please read the terms and conditions carefully. By using and placing an order on our website, you agree to accept the terms and conditions described below.

These terms and conditions, along with all our policies and procedures, are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the relevant Swedish and EU laws and regulations.

Guarantee and defective goods

All EU statutory guarantee regulations are abided by for any defects found in goods purchased from us.

If your gear should be defective in any way upon arrival, please let us know and return the product according to the return instructions. For any products deemed defective, we will replace it with an item of the sale model, size and color. If the item is unavailable, we will issue a full refund.

Invoice, via Klarna

Invoice (Klarna):
If you chose to pay with invoice an invoice will be sent to the email you give us when placing your order. Note that you need to be registered on the delivery address to be able to order on invoice. Payment needs to be paid within 30 days from the date of the invoice. If your payment is delayed you will get a written reminder and extra fee to pay all according to law.

Manage your invoices by logging on to Klarna or the app on your phone.

PayPal:
We offer our customers to securely and conveniently send and receive payments online using PayPal. When you use PayPal, your financial information is kept private and every PayPal payment is followed by an email confirming your transaction. You can choose to pay with VISA, MasterCard, American Express or your already registered PayPal account.

Payments from Sweden & Norway are made in Swedish krona (SEK), in the United States in Dollars (USD) and in Europe in Euro (EUR).

Prices & VAT

All prices in Europe for products, delivery charges and other services include value added tax (VAT). Additional tax may be added for orders placed in the United States. We will inform you of the total price, including all taxes, VAT and other costs, such as fees and possible delivery costs, before you place your order.*

*Depending on your credit card issuer, a foreign transaction fee of 1-3% may be imposed on purchases in US dollars. Please contact your bank for further information.
